Application field of fluorescence detection

Launch:2019-07-26

* Abstract

    Lifs-976 series laser induced fluorescence spectrometer detection system has the characteristics of good reproducibility, fast measurement speed and high sensitivity.Suitable for all kinds of industrial and scientific users.The main application fields can be divided into biomedicine, gem identification, nanomaterials, agricultural production, petrochemical industry, etc.

* Fluorescence detection

       1.Quantum dots bioluminescent probe

By detecting the fluorescence of quantum dots before and after drug action, the real target of drug action can be found quickly, efficiently and sensitively, and the drug research and development can be accelerated

2.Pesticide residue detection

Oil-soluble CdSe/ZnS was transferred to the water tank and then conjugated with organophosphorus hydrolase to form a biological conjugate. A novel quantum dot biosensor was developed by this method. The biosensor can be used to detect organophosphorus pesticides. The detection rate can reach 10-8 mol/L.

3.Nondestructive determination of fruit sugar molecules based on laser induction

The characteristic variables in the range of 400 ~ 1000 nm were obtained by 405 laser induced fluorescence spectroscopy. When 12 characteristic variables were extracted, the correction set correlation coefficient Rc of the MLR model was 0.932, the correction root mean square error (RMSEC) was 0.476 4 degrees Brix, the prediction set correlation coefficient Rp was 0.8227, and the correction root mean square error (RMSEP) was 0.564 5 degrees Brix.

4.Oil detection / petroleum contamination detection

Using ultraviolet laser as excitation source, a fluorescence detection system for petroleum pollutants / engine oil is established. The fluorescence spectra of various petroleum samples were measured by this system. The results show that the fluorescence signals of different kinds of petroleum samples are quite different, so the fluorescence spectrum can be used as a basis for classification and identification of petroleum pollutants.
